Participant Requirements: Men and Women, ages 18 to 55, non-smokers or light users (less than 5 cigarettes a day). Women must be using a highly effective method of birth control such as IUD or hormonal contraception in addition to one of the following, condom, diaphragm or cervical /vault cap, spermicide (must be used during the study and for at least 5 months after dose) or be surgically sterile for at least 3 months, vasectomized partner or be postmenopausal for at least 2 years.   BMI must be between 18 and 30 and must weigh between 121 to 220 lbs for males and 99 to 198 lbs for females.
What:  This study will be comparing the absorption and metabolic rate of 3 different formulations (investigational vs. marketed) of a drug being developed for the treatment of autoimmune diseases (e.g., psoriatic arthritis, rheumatoid arthritis, Crohn's disease, plaque psoriasis, etc.) delivered in a single injection.
When:  This study will consist of multiple groups, each with 1 stay and 17 returns. The dates are as follows:
*Groups 1 thru 26 - FULL
*Groups 27 thru 29 returns 5/31, stays 5/31 - 6/2, with returns on 6/3 thru 6/8, 6/11, 6/16, 6/22, 6/29, 7/6, 7/13, 7/20, 7/27, 8/3 and 8/9 at your choice of 6:00 a.m., 7:00 a.m. or 8:00 a.m.;
*Group 30 returns 6/1, stays 6/1 - 6/3, with returns on 6/4 thru 6/9, 6/12, 6/17, 6/23, 6/30, 7/7, 7/14, 7/21, 7/28, 8/4 and 8/10 at 6:00 a.m.;
*Groups 31 thru 33 returns 6/7, stays 6/7- 6/9, with returns on 6/10 thru 6/15, 6/18, 6/23, 6/29, 7/6, 7/13, 7/20, 7/27, 8/3, 8/10 and 8/16 at your choice of 6:00 a.m., 7:00 a.m. or 8:00 a.m.;
*Group 34 returns 6/8, stays 6/8 - 6/10, with returns on 6/11 thru 6/16, 6/19, 6/24, 6/30, 7/7, 7/14, 7/21, 7/28, 8/4, 8/11, and 8/17 at 6:00 a.m.;
*Groups 35 thru 37 returns 6/14, stays 6/14 - 6/16, with returns on 6/17 thru 6/22, 6/25, 6/30, 7/6, 7/13, 7/20, 7/27, 8/3, 8/10, 8/17 and 8/23 at your choice of 6:00 a.m., 7:00 a.m. or 8:00 a.m.;
*Group 38 returns 6/15, stays 6/15 - 6/17, with returns on 6/18 thru 6/23, 6/26, 7/1, 7/7, 7/14, 7/21, 7/28, 8/4, 8/11, 8/18 and 8/24 at 6:00 a.m.;
*Groups 39 thru 41 returns 6/21, stays 6/21 - 6/23, with returns on 6/24 thru 6/29, 7/2, 7/7, 7/13, 7/20, 7/27, 8/3, 8/10, 8/17, 8/24, and 8/30 at your choice of 6:00 a.m., 7:00 a.m. or 8:00 a.m.;
*Group 42 returns 6/22, stays 6/22 - 6/24, with returns on 6/25 thru 6/30, 7/3, 7/8, 7/14, 7/21, 7/28, 8/4, 8/11, 8/18, 8/25 and 8/31 at 6:00 a.m.          
How Much:  $1500 (split payment of $500 and $1000). Participant Requirements: Men and Women, ages 18 to 40, smokers or non-smokers.  You MUST BE naive to the smallpox virus and vaccine.  Women must be using an acceptable method of birth control for 30 days prior to the first dose, throughout the study and agree to avoid pregnancy for at least 28 days after the last dose.  Acceptable methods of birth control include abstinence, barrier contraceptives, IUD, hormonal products, being postmenopausal or having had a hysterectomy.  BMI must be between 18.5-35.
What:  This study will be testing the immune response to 3 different formulations of a smallpox vaccine.
When:  This study will be completely outpatient, consisting of a screening visit, 5 study visits and 1 telephone contact.  The study dates are as follows:
*6/12 and 7/10 at 5:00 a.m. for vaccinations
*6/26, 7/24 and 8/7 at 6:00 a.m. for returns
*1/8/2014 for telephone contact
How Much:  $575 ($100 per visit and $75 for the telephone contact, paid at each event on a payment card.  Ask for details on the card).

Participant Requirements: Men and Women, ages 18 to 45, non-tobacco users or light users (5 cigarettes or less daily).  Women must be using 2 acceptable methods of birth control for at least 2 weeks prior to the first does, throughout the study and at least 4 weeks after the trial completion.  Acceptable methods include abstinence, IUD (with our without hormones), hormonal contraceptives, diaphragm, spermicide, cervical cap, contraceptive sponge, vasectomized partner, and/or condoms, or women that are postmenopausal for at least 1 year, or surgically sterile by bilateral tubal ligation or Essure® for at least 90 days, or by bilateral oophorectomy or hysterectomy. BMI must be between 18-30.
What:  This study will be testing the absorption and metabolic rate of 5 formulations of a drug being developed for the treatment of migraines, under fasting conditions.
When:  This study will consist of 1 long-term stay (Check in at 5:00 p.m. and check out at 8:00 a.m.) with 2 returns, each at 8:00 a.m.  The dates are as follows:
*6/9 - 6/25
*Return on 7/20
*Return on 8/17
How Much:  $2,600 (split payment of $1,000 and $1,600), paying on 7/1 and 8/17

Participant Requirements: Men and Women, ages 18 to 45, non-tobacco users for at least 6 months.  Women must be using an acceptable method of birth control from screening through completion of the study.  Acceptable methods include abstinence, hormonal (oral, implant, transdermal, vaginal or injection) for at least 3 months prior to the first study dose, barrier (condom with spermicide, diaphragm with spermicide) IUD, vasectomized partner (6 months minimum), be postmenopausal for at least 2 years or be surgically sterile.  BMI must be between 18-30.
What:  This study will be testing 2 formulations of a medication used for the treatment of leukemia, marketed vs. investigational, under fasting conditions.
When:  This study will consist of 3 short weekend stays (Friday at 7:00 p.m. thru Sunday at 7:00 a.m.), each followed by 5 outpatient visits.  The dates are as follows:
*6/14 - 6/16 with returns on 6/16 at 6:30 p.m.; 6/17 at 6:30 a.m. and 6:30 p.m.; and 6/18 and 6/19 at 6:30 a.m.
*6/28 - 6/30 with returns on 6/30 at 6:30 p.m.; 7/1 at 6:30 a.m. and 6:30 p.m.; and 7/2 and 7/3 at 6:30 a.m.
*7/12 - 7/14 with returns on 7/14 at 6:30 p.m.; 7/15 at 6:30 a.m. and 6:30 p.m.; 7/16 at 6:30 a.m.; and
*Exit Physical on 7/17 at 6:00 a.m.
