Participant Requirements: Women, ages 18 to 45, non-tobacco users for at least 6 months. Women must agree to use an acceptable method of birth contol (oral , transdermal or implantable, IUD, cervical cap, diaphragm, condom, abstinence, surgically sterile, including vasectomized partner) or be postmenopausal for at least 2 years. BMI must be between 18-29
What: This study will be testing the absorption and metabolic rate of 3 different marketed formulations of a non-steroidal anti-inflammatory under fasting conditions.
When: This study will consist of a single 5 night stay. Checking in Tuesday, September 7 at 6:00 p.m. thru Sunday, September 12 at 10:00 p.m.
Compensation: $900. Pays on Friday, September 17, 2010.
Physical: Wednesday, September 1 at 3:00 p.m.
Study Number: 30410 ENROLL
Participant Requirements: Men and women, ages 18 to 45, non-tobacco users for at least 6 months. Women must be using an acceptable method of birth control from screening through completion of the study, such as abstinence, hormonal (oral, implant, transdermal, vaginal or injection) for at least 3 months prior to the first dose of the study, barrier (condom with spermicide, diaphragm with spermicide), IUD, vasectomized partner (6 months minimum) or be postmenopausal for at least 2 years or be surgically sterile. BMI must be between 18 and 30.
What: This study will be testing an investigational medication used to aid in the management of alcoholism vs. a marketed version of the same medication, under fasting conditions.
When: This study will consist of 2 groups, each with 2 weekend stays with 5 outpatient returns following each weekend. Group 1 will stay from Friday at 6:00 p.m. to Sunday at 6:00 a.m. The stays are 9/10 thru 9/12 with returns on 9/12 at 5:30 p.m., 9/13, 9/14, 9/15 and 9/17 at 5:30 a.m.; and 9/24 thru 9/26 with returns on 9/26 @ 5:30 p.m., 9/27, 9/28 and 9/29 at 5:30 a.m. and a final visit for Exit Physical on 10/1 at 5:00 a.m. Group 2 will stay from Friday at 7:00 p.m. to Sunday at 7:00 a.m. The stays are 9/10 thru 9/12 with returns on 9/12 at 6:30 p.m., 9/13, 9/14, 9/15 and 9/17 at 6:30 a.m.; and 9/24 thru 9/26 with returns on 9/26 @ 6:30 p.m., 9/27, 9/28 and 9/29 at 6:30 a.m. and a final visit for Exit Physical on 10/1 at 6:00 a.m.
Compensation: $700. Both groups pay on Thursday, October 7.
Physical: Both groups on Monday, August 30 at 3:00 p.m.

Participant Requirements: Women, ages 18 to 45, non-smokers for at least 6 months. Women must be using an acceptable non-hormonal method of birth control such as abstinence, Paragard IUD, diaphragm or condoms and spermicidal foam, vasectomized partner, tubal ligation or Essure. BMI must be equal to or greater than 18 and weight must be between 110-220 lbs.
What: This study will be testing the absorption and metabolic rate of 3 different investigational birth control patches.
When: This study will consist of 6 weekend stays (check in at 7:00 p.m. and check out 7:00 a.m., Friday to Sunday) with a total of 18 outpatient returns at 6:30 a.m. The stays are 9/10 - 9/12, with returns on 9/13 thru 9/17; 9/17 - 9/19 with a return on 9/20; 9/24 - 9/26 with returns on 9/27 thru 10/1; 10/1 - 10/3 with a return on 10/4; stay 10/8 - 10/10 with returns on 10/11 thru 10/15 and 10/15 - 10/17 with a final return for an Exit Physical on 10/18 at 6:00 a.m.
Compensation: $2000. Pays on Friday, October 22.
Physical: Tuesday, August 31 at 3:00 p.m.(physicals do include a full gynecological exam with Pap smear).

Participant Requirements: Women, ages 18 and up, non-smokers. Women must be naturally postmenopausal for at least 1 year or agree to use an effective method of contraception from 14 days prior to the screening through completion of the study. Oral contraceptives must be stable for at least 3 months prior and if a barrier method is used, it must be latex (not polyurethane). Women using contraception must have a history of very regular menstrual cycles and should not be on their cycle at the time of screening or during the study stay. BMI must be between 18 and 30.
What: This study is testing the absorption and metabolic rate of repeated applications of an investigational drug being developed for the treatment of premature ejaculation for men.
When: This study will consist of 2 groups, each group will have a single 7 day stay. Check in at 7:00 p.m. and Check out at 7:00 p.m. Group 1 will stay Sunday, September 26 thru Sunday, October 3. Group 2 will stay Sunday, October 3 thru Sunday, October 10.
Compensation: $2200. Group 1 pays on Friday, October 8. Group 2 pays on Friday, October 15.
Physical: Group 1 on Wednesday, September 15 and Group 2 on Wednesday, September 22. Both physicals will be at 6:00 a.m. (Physicals do include a full gynecological exam with Pap smear and a colposcopy without biopsy that will be performed at a different time on the same day and at a different location.)
Study Number: 31210 ENROLL
Participant Requirements: Men and women, ages 18 to 75, non-nicotine or tobacco users for at least 3 months. Women must be practicing abstinence, using barrier method (diaphragm with spermicide, condom with spermicidal foam, condom with vaginal spermicide) or IUD (excluding for Mirena) from screening and throughout the study or be postmenopausal, had a hysterectomy and/or bilateral oophorectomy. BMI must be between 19 and 30.
What: This study will be a drug interaction study of a marketed drug for acid reflux when taken with and without low-dose aspirin.
When: This study will consist of 7 outpatient returns followed by two 5 day stays. The returns are 9/10 thru 9/15 all at 5:30 a.m. The stays are Wednesday, September 29 at 7:00 p.m. thru Tuesday, October 5 at 7:30 a.m. and Tuesday, October 19 at 7:00 p.m. thru Monday, October 25 at 7:30 a.m..
Compensation: $2300. Pays on Friday, November 5.

Participant Requirements: Men and women, ages 18 to 65, non-tobacco or light users (less than 10 cigarettes per day). Women must be using an acceptable method of birth control such as abstinence; hormonal (oral, implant, transdermal or injection) for at least 3 months prior to screening; double barrier (condom with spermicide, diaphragm with spermicide); IUD; be postmenopausal for at least 2 years or be surgically sterile (hysterectomy, Essure, tubal ligation and /or bilateral oophorectomy). Males must be using an acceptable method of birth control such as abstinence, vasectomy (at least 6 months), condom with spermicide or female partner's use of IUD or hormonal contraception with condoms by the male. BMI must be between 18 and 32 and weight must be at least 110 lbs.
What: This study will be comparing the absorption and metabolic rate of 2 formulations of a medication being developed to treat obesity, 1 marketed vs. 1 investigational.
When: This study will consist of 2 weekend stays (Friday at 7:00 p.m. thru Monday at 7:00 a.m.) with 1 outpatient return. The stays are 9/17 - 9/20 and 9/24 - 9/27 with a final return for Exit Physical on 9/30 at 6:00 a.m.
Compensation: $650. Pays on Wednesday, October 6.

Participant Requirements: Men and women, ages 18 to 45, non-tobacco users for at least 6 months. Women must be using an acceptable method of birth control throughout the study and for at least 1 week after study completions. Acceptable methods include oral contraceptive (for at least 3 months prior to screening), progestin injection or implant, IUD, diaphragm with spermicide, condom with spermicide, vaginal spermicide suppository, vasectomized partner, be postmenopausal for at least 2 years or be surgically sterile. BMI must be between 18 and 29.
What: This study will be comparing the absorption and metabolic rate of 3 different formulations of a non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drug and the effect of food on each.
When: This study will consist a single 7 day stay. The stay is Thursday, September 23 at 6:00 p.m. thru Friday, October 1 at 7:00 a.m.
Compensation: $1200. Pays on Thursday, October 7.
Physical: Tuesday, September 14 at 3:00 p.m.
Study Number: 30310 ENROLL
Participant Requirements: Men and women, ages 18 to 55, non-nicotine user for at least 6 months. Women must be postmenopausal for at least 2 years or surgically sterile. BMI must be between 18 and 32.
What: This study will be testing the absorption and metabolic rate of an investigational drug being developed for the treatment of myeloprolifeative disorders (a group of conditions that cause blood cells to grow abnormally in bone marrow, such as leukemias, lymphomas and acute myeloid leukemia).
When: This study will consist of 2 weekend stays (Friday at 7:00 p.m. to Monday at 7:00 a.m.), each followed by 5 outpatient returns. The stays are 10/1 - 10/4 return on 10/4 at 6:30 p.m., 10/5, 10/6, 10/7, and 10/8 at 6:30 a.m., stay 10/15 - 10/18 return on 10/18 at 6:30 p.m., 10/19, 10/20, 10/21 at 6:30 p.m., with a final return for an Exit Physcial on 10/22 at 6:00 a.m.
Compensation: $900. Pays on Thursday, October 28.
Physical: Tuesday, September 21 at 4:00 p.m.
